Sunset family photoshoot in washington
Most of my clients come to me thinking that the best time to shoot is midday on a sunny day, but the reality is that is so opposite of the truth, Semi cloudy days just an hour and a half before sunset provide the perfect diffused light and dramatic golden skies for the best pictures ever.
This shoot was a hit or miss because of the weather and rainy season in Washington, my clients were so scared that it would be an overcast day and the pictures would be too dark, but I saw the perfect scenario in these clouds, it was warm June day with temperatures almost getting up to 70 degrees making it comfortable for the kids to run freely and play and this created gorgeous sunset pictures.
Golden hour
Golden hour light is that gorgeous golden light that comes an hour to an hour and a half before sunset and is the best time to take photos especially if you have a gorgeous view like we had here.
