In Seattle you can never trust the weather, one minute it's sunny the other it's rainy, on this beautiful maternity photoshoot near Bothel, Wa we started the shoot-off with gorgeous golden light from the sun shooting through her hair, we did multiple photos with the lake and sun in the background before the fog suddenly crept in and created a wonderful creamy foggy background, turns out it one of the best maternity photoshoots I have done in Seattle's crazy winter weather.
My clients were very upset when the fog came in and covered the sun, but honestly, it ended up creating this magical white backdrop, we didn't know then that this fog would actually settle over Seattle for a full 7 days due to high pressure.
