My first newborn photoshoot in my Millcreek studio
After taking multiple newborn photography courses and workshops it was time to finally practice, I was nervous and worried about how to apply all that I learned in real life. I was worried the baby wouldn't sleep, I would forget how to pose him, he would cry the whole session, or I just would fail, which turned out the complete opposite.
This baby was a dream, he slept through the whole thing, he let me wrap him and pose him and the pictures came out perfect. even though my style and props have evolved over time, but this is still my favorite newborn session ever.
My in-home studio in Millcreek
My studio is located inside my home in Millcreek, Wa. it's loaded with props, baskets, and wraps that allow me to get a great variety in the session super quick. My clients get to relax on the sofa with a lavender infuser while I take care of everything for them.
In-home sessions
Some clients prefer that the photo shoot is done at their home, which I also offer but more of a lifestyle session form, not a posed propped sessions
