The first days of a newborn are so precious and are a must to capture. Some people prefer coming to my studio to get their newborn photos taken with all the props and styling I have in my Millcreek studio, but others for many reasons choose to have their newborn photography session in-home.
Alice had initially booked an in-studio newborn session with me and timed it 2 weeks after delivery, but complications from delivery had prevented Alice from leaving the home and driving all the way to me, so I drove to her and we did a casual in-home lifestyle newborn photography session and their gallery is stunning!

We started the plan by choosing this gorgeous gold dress from my client’s closet, I got it ready ironed and washed, and ready for the newborn photoshoot. We also finalizes all the props and wraps that I need to get for the baby, I sent my client the prep guide to make sure she knows what to do to get the house ready as well as herself, her toddler, and the baby.
This lifestyle newborn session turned out so beautifully and absolutely exceeded my expectations! Even an in-home session can be gorgeous with the right planning.
I did take one newborn prop from my studio which is the egg chair because mum was really in love with it.

After the session I got together with the family on Zoom for their ordering appointment, we choose their favorite pictures and started to personalize their handmade album to match their theme.
They choose a stunning red leather album with gold engraved writing and a photo of the whole family on the front, we got it printer and handmade in Poland and shipped and delivered all the way here to us.
